Platform overview
| Platform | Official option | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Windows | Browser or the official Windows download | Browser version verified; the RAR exists but its contents were not opened. |
| Mac | Browser with WebGPU | Browser version; no public macOS native installer was found. |
| Linux | Browser with WebGPU | Browser version; no public Linux native package was found. |
| Phones and tablets | Browser, if the device supports WebGPU | No official compatibility list; our emulated test did not reach gameplay. |
Browser version
The browser version needs no client install. Open https://wow.aethus.pl/ in a current Chrome, Edge or Safari with WebGPU. On Linux Chrome, enable chrome://flags/#enable-unsafe-webgpu first.
If the page will not start, the browser check can show whether WebGPU and the graphics adapter are available before you try again.
Windows download
The official page offers AzerothSurvivorsWindowsNew.rar, an approximately 720 MB RAR archive. The server reported 754,921,096 bytes on 2026-11-05.
That check only confirmed the file exists and its size. We did not download or open the archive, so the game version inside it is not verified here. Do not assume it matches the browser client version on this page.
Mac and Linux
Both use the browser version. The official page gives current Chrome, Edge or Safari as the browser options, and the same WebGPU requirement applies. Linux Chrome additionally needs the flag above.
No public macOS or Linux native installer was listed on the official page. A browser that supports WebGPU is the supported path; that does not guarantee every graphics card and driver combination will run the game.
Phones and tablets
There is no official Android APK, iOS package or compatibility list. The official loader does include touch controls and tries to enter fullscreen and landscape mode, so the client has a touch path.
In a Chrome device emulation at 844×390, the character picker rendered, but after pressing Enter the screen was still loading about 32 seconds later. That was an emulated screen, not a physical phone or tablet. Test your own device rather than treating the emulation as proof that it works or as proof that it cannot.
Moving progress between platforms
Browser progress stays in that browser on that computer. To carry it to another browser or machine, export the save from Options → Saves and import it on the other side. The save transfer guide has the full sequence.
